RETURN POLICY

All the products ordered from the website and successfully delivered to the customer may be returned to us in accordance with the terms contained in the returns policy.

We accept returns with no questions asked as long as the products are returned in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery.

We request the customer to send an email to info@vinenzia.com or call us at +91-99994453988before initiating the return.

A valid consignment receipt/written confirmation from the courier company that the consignment has been booked has to be sent to us if there are issues/delays with receiving the consignment at our end but the customer claims to have initiated the return.

Currently, we do not have a return pick-up service but we are soon going to implement the same in the future, the customers will have to return the product(s) themselves to the address mentioned below:

The customers are requested to track the return consignment through the logistics service provider who is handling the return consignment.

There will be a returns manager on our website through which customers will need to enter their email ID and order number. The customer will then have to select from one of the following options for the action that needs to be taken for the return:

  • Product Replacement / Exchange for the same product or a different product for the equivalent order amount
  • A Credit note for the equivalent order amount will be issued by the company
  • A Refund to the account from which they made the payment for the order

*Please note that third-party charges may be applicable and may not be refundable for the returns

Only if the exact product that is mapped to the order number to which returns has been initiated is received at our returns center, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number and the exchange/refund would be approved by Vinenzia.

No Products will be accepted by us if any of the following conditions exist:

  • The Products have been damaged by the Customer or Used and returned without the tags or original packaging which will deem the product(s) to be unfit for resale
  • If there is a change in the quality, quantity or other attributes of the Product
  • If as per the records the product(s) returned is/are not the Product that was/were delivered
  • Any other circumstances that the Website may notify or deem appropriate from time to time

Pre-requisites for product returns:

  • The tags on the product should be intact
  • The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition
  • The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging and receipt

In case of return self-initiated and subsequently couriered by the customer, and if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to Vinenzia or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the customer to prove through presentation/submission of Proof of Delivery from the concerned logistics service provider to establish his/her claim of return. However, non-receipt of the Product(s) may lead to no refund/exchange being issued to the customer. The customer waives any claims against Vinenzia in this regard.

Vinenzia will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to Vinenzia is returned by mistake, the company is not accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.

Refunds will be made in the same currency that was charged from the customer for the transaction.

Exchanges are allowed only once for an order number for any reason(s) quoted by the customer(s) for unused products only.

If there is an indefinite delay from the company’s end in delivering the order, the customer is eligible for a full refund claim (third-party charges may not be refundable).

By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges that the website will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from non-processing an order or any delay in processing an order which is beyond the control of the Website.

Cancellation

 

Cancellation of the complete order or part(s) of a particular order can be done only once, fraudulent orders and cancelations will lead to order cancelation from our end without refund and customer account suspension.

In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, Vinenzia reserves the absolute right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. Vinenzia also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the product pricing on the website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, Vinenzia reserves the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation.

The transaction may be cancelled from our end if any of the following scenarios are met:

  • Customer doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by us in case of a suspected transaction or failed payment
  • Misuse of another customer’s phone/email (may result in customer account suspension)
  • Customer uses invalid email and phone no.
  • Customer returns the wrong product
  • Customer falsely claims that payment for the order has been made when it has not been received by Vinenzia
  • Customers indulge in any other illegal activity to beguile Vinenzia
  • An invalid delivery address is given more than once
  • Customer has a high return and refund rate
